肠炎沙门菌作为一种重要的人畜共患病原,其有效防控是影响公共卫生的一个重要课题。目前市面上已有
多种商品化的活疫苗和灭活疫苗,本文介绍了不同学者对于肠炎沙门菌活疫苗保护力的研究。
沙门菌是自然界中广泛存在的一种革兰阴性菌,目前已知的沙门菌有 2 500 多种血清型。其中肠炎沙门菌已成为一
个全球性问题,给人和动物的健康以及社会经济的发展带来严重威胁。
家禽作为人类重要的食物来源之一,提供了大量的蛋品以及肉制品等。每年因食用被沙门菌污染的鸡蛋而引起的
食品安全问题屡见不鲜。虽然受感染的母鸡可能没有明显的症状,但其产下的鸡蛋却可能已经被污染。其污染过程大
致是在产蛋过程中或产蛋后蛋壳被粪便污染,或者生殖系统感染肠炎沙门菌直接导致蛋形成过程中的污染,从而使最
终成形的鸡蛋受到肠炎沙门菌的污染 [1]。有研究表明蛋壳的污染比蛋内容物的污染更常见。
