摘要: :沙门菌是全球家禽业最常见的致病菌之一,严重威胁禽群健康和食品安全。近年来,随着行
业内外对食品安全和抗菌药物耐药性的持续关注,疫苗免疫逐渐成为全球家禽业控制沙门菌的有效手段,
在种鸡、蛋鸡乃至肉鸡中的应用日益普及。本文梳理了沙门菌疫苗在全球家禽业中的使用现状,重点分析
疫苗免疫在欧洲、美洲和亚洲等区域的应用进程,并探索疫苗免疫未来的发展趋势,旨在为中国家禽业采
用疫苗免疫成功防控沙门菌提供重要参考。
