摘要:
血清 4 型禽腺病毒 (fowl adenovirus serotype 4,FAdV-4)引起的鸡肝炎心包积液综合征
(hepatitis-hydropericardium syndrome,HHS)是一种高度传染病。2006 ~ 2014 年 HHS 在中国呈零星或聚
集分布,而 2015 年下半年后中国多地出现暴发趋势,给我国养禽业带来重大经济损失。本文就 FAdV-4
的病原学、诊断检测和疫苗研究的进展进行综述,为 HHS 的防控提供理论参考。
